At Popeye's Supplements Ontario, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion or apparel items, you may return them within 30 days of purchase provided they are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Ontario postal location or carrier drop-off point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
